Q:  What are the show hours?
A:  Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EDT) and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EDT)

Q: Do you offer group sales?
A: Yes, we do offer group discounts for groups of 10 or more people. All group sales must be placed and paid in one order. Please contact us for more information: tickets@makeupmag.com

Q: What are the pre-sale ticket prices?
A:
Prices until Oct. 1, 2010 (5p.m. PST)
    Regular tickets: 1 day/ $30 CAD
                            2 day/ $50 CAD


     Prices until Nov. 4, 2010 (5p.m. EDT)
     Regular tickets: 1 day/ $35 CAD
                             2 day/ $60 CAD

    NOTE: Your bank may charge conversion fees.

Q:  May I purchase tickets at the door?
A:  Yes. Door ticket prices are:
     1 day ticket    $40.00 CAD
     2 day ticket    $70.00 CAD
     Child ticket (under 12)    $20.00 CAD

Q:  I haven’t received my tickets?
A:  If you did not select the shipping option and pay for shipping then your ticket will be at the show. Please bring a picture id along with your receipt to pick up your tickets at the Online Pre-Sale Ticket desk.

Q: Where do I pick up my tickets?
A: If you have purchased tickets online and have selected Pick Up at Show as your shipping method, then you will pick up your tickets at the show. There will be an Online Pre-Sale Ticket desk at the main entrance to the Heritage Court on Nov. 6 and 7. Please be sure to bring a copy of your receipt and picture id.

Q:  Is there parking onsite?
A: The Direct Energy Centre provides ample on-site parking for $12 CAD and is also easily accessible by public transportation.

Q: What is the address of the Direct Energy Centre?
A: Heritage Court (100 Princes' Blvd.) at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto, Canada is located along Lake Ontario and off Lake Shore Blvd. W. Click here for information on how to get to the Centre.

Q: What if I want to change my ticket to a different day?
A:  Tickets can be changed until Thursday, Nov. 4 at 5 p.m. (EDT). Please e-mail your full name, order # and which day you would like to change to. Please e-mail jennifer@makeupmag.com.

Q: I can't go to the show, may I get a refund?
A:  Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE as stated on our Web site. No exceptions.

Q: I can't go to the show, may I give my ticket to a friend?
A:  Yes, you may give your ticket to a friend but you must contact us with the change, as well as send your friend with a copy of the original receipt.
