Don't Let Germs Grow on Your Make-up this Flu Season

This flu season, germaphobe or not, don’t take any chances with germs on your make-up. Make-up is used frequently and can become a breeding ground for germs and bacteria. In addition to the flu, contaminated make-up can contribute to common ailments such as colds, pink eye, acne and herpes (cold sores). Discover how BeautySoClean™ has gone to work on film and television sets, at Toronto’s LG Fashion Week and Montreal Fashion Week to prevent cross-contamination on make-up, lowering the risk of infection and safeguarding clients’ health by quickly removing bacteria from make-up in between applications. BeautySoClean™ cosmetic sanitizers are formulated to clean, rejuvenate and remove bacteria from your cosmetics without altering your make-up’s color or consistency.

Durable Beauty: Creating Looks that Last

Will your make-up stand the test of time?  When working in film, TV production, music videos or stage production, the vanity departments (hair, make-up and wardrobe) often aren’t allotted additional time to do on-set adjustments, multiple touch ups or repairs to their work. Shoot schedules are often tight and sometimes performers might not want to be touched too often during a performance. The ability to create a durable beauty make-up that stays true even through an 18 hour production schedule gives you a distinct edge in a very competitive work environment.
