Q: What are the show hours?
A: Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5p.m.

Q: Do you offer group sales?
A: Yes, we do offer group discounts for groups of 10 or more people. All group sales must be placed and paid in one order; the deadline to place group orders is April 2. Please contact us for more information: tickets@makeupmag.com

Q: May I purchase tickets at the door?
A: Yes. Door ticket prices are:
    1 day ticket    $40 CAD
    2 day ticket    $70 CAD
   
Q: What are the pre-sale ticket prices?
A: Prices until March 11, 2010 (5 p.m. PST)
    Regular tickets: 1 day/ $30 CAD
                            2 day/ $50 CAD

    Prices from March 12 to April 15, 2010 (5:00 p.m. PST)
    Regular tickets: 1 day/ $35 CAD
                            2 day/ $60 CAD

    NOTE: Your bank may charge conversion fees.


Q: I haven’t received my tickets.
A:  If you did not select the shipping option and pay for shipping then your ticket will be at the show. Please bring a picture id along with your receipt to pick up your tickets at the Online Pre-Sale Ticket desk.

Q: Where do I pick up my tickets?
A: If you have purchased tickets online and have selected Will Call pickup or Pick Up at Show as your shipping method, then you will pick up your tickets at the show. There will be an Online Pre-Sale Ticket desk at the main entrance to the show on April 17 and 18. Please be sure to bring a copy of your receipt and picture id.

Q: Is there parking onsite?
A: The Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel provides on-site parking for $7 CAD (hourly) or $26 CAD (daily).

Q: What is the address of the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel?
A: The Marriott Pinnacle is located at 1128 West Hastings Street in Vanvouver, British Columbia.

Q: I want to change my ticket to a different day.
A:  Tickets may be changed until Thursday at 5 p.m. prior to the show. Please e-mail your full name, order # and which day you would like to change to. Send e-mail to jennifer@makeupmag.com.

Q: I can’t go to the show, may I get a refund?
A:  Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE as stated on our Web site. No exceptions.

Q: I can’t go to the show, may I give my ticket to a friend?
A:  Yes, you may give your ticket to a friend but you must contact us with the change, as well as send your friend with a copy of the original receipt.
