Make-up Museum


 

Famous works from the top professionals in the make-up field will be on display, as well as works from special make-up effects studios, rare photo collections and movie memorabilia. There is often an unprecedented collection of works from make-up history.

IMATS London Make-up Museum: Frank IppolitoThis year’s IMATS Vancouver make-up museum will be under the direction of Frank Ippolito (right). Ippolito has been working in shops and on sets for more than 10 years. He is currently supervising at the Chiodo Bros., and has worked for Ve Neill, Joel Harlow, Kevin Haney and many others doing lab work and make-up on films including The Chronicles of Riddick and the second and third installments of Pirates of the Caribbean, as well as music videos for Marilyn Mason, Disturbed and Gnarls Barkley. During IMATS he will be conducting a class, "Making and Applying Pros-Aide Transfers," on Saturday, April 17 at 4:00 p.m.
